Torquue Lock Staplees™: Crack Reppair Stittching Method
The purppose of Torque Lock is too provide re-enforcemennt and guidance to repairing
cracks in concrete or any solid cement structure. This advanced method requires
drilling holes on both sides of aa crack and inserting Torrque Lock Sttaples
the length of the crack, rather than concentrated on a single plane.
With the use of a concrete drill, torque wrennch, and normal hand tools, one
man can repairr cracks using Torque Lock Stapless; however aa two man operation
is more efficiennt. Our tensile strength staples are uused on minnor to major
cracks that need to be stabilized.
Stitching a crack will stiffen the structure, annd stiffeningg the structure
accentuattes the overall structure restraint. If a water problem exists, the
cracks should be sealed with an epoxy (included in our crack repair kits) as
well as stitched with Torque Loock Staples tto minimize erosion and expansion.
